User Registration and Authentication

Upon downloading the app, the user only needs to register with their phone number and email address. No other personal data is required or stored. As a validation measure, the system sends a code via SMS to be used only once as an "access key" to SEMM.

Once the user has received the access code, they are ready to access the system and fully utilize all its capabilities.

Parking Features

• The main purpose of the app is to simplify the start/end of parking sessions. This is done with a simple button on the mobile phone app.
• The start of parking can be canceled within the first 60 seconds at no cost to prevent accidental starts.
• SEMM sends reminders every 2 hours after the parking session has started to avoid extra charges due to users forgetting to end the session.
• SEMM does not allow starting parking outside of metered parking hours or on days when parking is free.
• SEMM automatically ends a user-initiated parking session when the metered parking time expires, regardless of whether the user voluntarily ends it.

Balance Top-Up

Balance top-up is done within the app using Mercado Pago services, offering various payment options:

• Credit Card Payment
• Debit Card Payment
• Rapipago / Pago Fácil
• Balance in Mercado Pago account

It's important to note that the entire transaction takes place within the Mercado Pago site, utilizing all the security measures this platform provides. No personal data or card information is stored in SEMM. Once Mercado Pago confirms the payment (usually instantaneously), SEMM notifies the user of the recharge and updates their balance automatically, which is then available for starting parking.

Sales Points

To visit an authorized business, where the following information must be provided:

• User with app: Only needs to provide their phone number. The user must manually start and end their parking session.
• User without app: Needs to provide phone number and license plate. Parking starts and ends automatically.

Vehicles

The app allows for registering multiple vehicles associated with one account and starting parking for any of them. Only one license plate can be registered at a time.

Activity History

Within the app, a registered user can review their transaction history.
